Rosie's Cottage is a wonderful 150 year old granite built cottage situated in the enchanting village of Mousehole.
The Cottage
The Cottage accommodates up to four guests and two dogs and is ideally situated on the edge of the village only 400m from the harbour. Guests are therefore able to enjoy the benefits of the cottage's sheltered south facing garden and car parking (unallocated) opposite the cottage which is a real bonus as parking is at a premium within the village of Mousehole.
Mousehole
'MOWZEL' as it is pronounced is one of Cornwall's most picturesque villages. The narrow winding streets and stone built cottages snuggle around its romantic harbour. Visitors to Mousehole are captivated by its charm whatever the time of year and Rosie's Cottage is a fabulous base from which to enjoy all that Mousehole and surrounding area has to offer.
The Area
Penzance, Land's End, St. Ives (Tate Gallery), Lamorna, Porthcurno (Minack Theatre), St. Just (Cape Cornwall), Marazion (St. Michael’s Mount) are all in easy reach by car of the cottage. On foot from the cottage guests can access all the amenities of Mousehole with its shops, art galleries and restaurants, the sandy harbour or rocky beach ideal for children with its rock formed swimming pool for when the tide is out.
